Anthony Heald is an American character business known for portraying Hannibal Lecter's jailer, Dr.
Frederick Chilton, make the addition of The Silence of the Lambs (1991) and Red Dragon (2002), and for playing vice foremost Scott Guber in David Line. Kelley's Boston Public (2000–2004). Heald also had a recurring function as Judge Cooper on Kelley's The Practice and Boston Legal.[note 1] He had a remarkable role as a troubled spiritual in The X-Files episode "Closure".
